exo-skeletal: I hate it when people self diagnose themselves with an anxiety disorder because they think it’s “cool” to have one these days. I’ve seen it so much on Tumblr lately. They obviously have no idea what it’s like to have an actual anxiety and panic attack. An anxiety attack is not just feeling nervous about a situation. Just shut up and go away.
